As the Director of Vendor Management, you’ll play a key role in shaping how hundreds of MSPs across the U.S. adopt, deploy, and succeed with leading technologies.
About the Role
In this highly collaborative role, you’ll work alongside experts in Managed Services, marketing, sales enablement, and franchise support to strengthen our vendor ecosystem and accelerate impactful programs for our owners. You’ll help connect innovative technology solutions with real business outcomes for MSPs - driving adoption, supporting profitable growth, and elevating the overall value we deliver to our network.
You’ll also help execute one of the most dynamic MSP vendor events in the industry: our annual Owners Summit Vendor Show, where more than 60 leading technology companies meet with our owners to share innovations and build relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Vendor Strategy & Partnerships
- Support the Vendor Management Program in collaboration with the Managed Services team.
- Contribute to long-term vendor and technology stack strategy aligned with franchisee needs and industry trends.
- Participate in executive-level business reviews with strategic vendors.
Vendor Operations & Program Management
- Support vendor onboarding, agreements, pricing programs, and annual updates.
- Maintain vendor systems, content, and reporting on adoption and performance.
- Coordinate vendor escalations and provide hands-on support for franchisee needs.
Vendor Show
- Co-manage sponsorship programs and revenue targets.
- Support exhibitor recruitment, sponsor communications, and event execution.
- Serve as the primary liaison for vendors before, during, and after the event.
Franchisee Engagement & Enablement
- Help develop programs, resources, and communications that drive vendor adoption.
- Coordinate vendor webinars and enablement sessions.
- Support owner-facing content for training, Summit sessions, and workshops.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in vendor management, channel programs, MSP vendor ecosystem, or technology partnerships (MSP/IT channel preferred).
- Foundational understanding of MSP business models, technology stack categories, and vendor partner programs.
- Demonstrated success in building strategic vendor relationships and leading partner programs.
- Experience with partner tiers, sponsorship programs, or channel-driven marketing initiatives.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, especially in managing multiple vendors and deadlines.
- Ability to travel for franchise visits and industry/vendor events as needed.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross‑department team members, supporting shared goals and aligning vendor programs with broader organizational needs.
- Commitment to continuous learning, with the ability to quickly understand new vendor models, technologies, and service offerings—and translate that knowledge to educate and support franchise owners.
