Job Description:

We help Small & Medium sized Businesses (SMBs) with proven and effective IT and Cybersecurity support and services. To enable our continued growth, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDRs), who is good in verbal and written communication, patient, hardworking and very diligent in follow up.

As part of our Sales & Marketing team, you will receive:

  • An attractive compensation of $3500/month plus commissions on appointments

As an SDR, you’ll work with the marketing team to create, qualify and confirm sales opportunities. Responsibilities will include:

  • Making 100-150 dials per day to call on prospects.
  • Confirming inbound and outbound appointments
  • Supporting Sales with research, materials and opportunities.
  • Putting the required information from calls in a CRM system. Gather additional prospect information and enter in the CRM.
  • Work hours are Mon-Fri, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm EST

This is an independent contractor position that can turn into a full-time W2 position with insurance and other benefits for the right candidate. An introduction stating why you think you would be a strong candidate for this position will give you an added advantage. Although this is a remote position, candidates who can work two days per week from our office in Ellicott City, MD, will be given preference unless you have a very strong and proven record in direct calling and setting up appointments.
