We are currently hiring two Front Desk Sales Associates for evening closing shifts Monday–Friday (3:00 PM–9:00 PM) plus weekend availability. This position is scheduled for up to 32 hours per week.

This role is heavily focused on sales performance, guest engagement, and maintaining a clean, organized clinic environment. Successful candidates must be comfortable recommending memberships, retail products, skincare services, and enhancements while also taking pride in keeping the clinic clean and operational throughout the shift.
As a Front Desk Sales Associate, you will play an important role in the guest experience by providing exceptional customer service, driving membership and retail sales, and supporting daily clinic operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests in person and over the phone
- Drive membership, skincare, retail, and gift card sales
- Educate guests on services, wellness benefits, and promotions
- Meet and exceed sales performance expectations
- Complete nightly cleaning duties and maintain clinic cleanliness standards
- Perform laundry, restocking, and organizational tasks throughout the shift
- Assist massage therapists and estheticians with daily operational support
- Perform cash handling and end-of-day balancing procedures
- Maintain a professional, positive, and team-focused environment
Qualifications
- 2 years of customer service experience preferred
- 2 years of sales experience strongly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable discussing and recommending products and memberships
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with cleaning responsibilities and operational tasks
- Basic computer and mathematical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Weekend availability required
