About The Role
- 3.5 days a week (Monday-Friday)
- Round and go environment
- Provide psychotherapy services to patients in a long-term care setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Utilize your clinical expertise to create effective treatment plans
- Enjoy the satisfaction of making a positive impact on patients' lives
- LPC, LMHC, or LMFT independent practice licensure in the state of Tennessee (we are unable to consider LCSWs in this position currently)
- Must have a minimum of 6 months of experience as a licensed therapist with preference given to those with experience in long-term care setting
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability and desire to work autonomously
- Passion for working with older adults
