Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the Hospital Medicine practice.
- Perform patient reconciliation, record processing, and documentation review.
- Ensure patient encounters are accurately captured and submitted to the appropriate Billing Center.
- Coordinate physician documentation and assist with record completion and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate patient demographic and insurance information to support billing activities.
- Prepare and distribute reports for clinicians and operational leadership.
- Support monthly reporting initiatives and participate in quarterly operational meetings.
- Collaborate with physicians, hospital staff, and TeamHealth leaders to support practice performance.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality.
- Assist with data collection and administrative projects that support operational success.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- 1 year of healthcare administrative experience.
- Experience supporting physicians, advanced practice clinicians, or healthcare leaders.
- Experience with medical records administration, billing support, chart capture, or revenue cycle processes.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Familiarity with hospital information systems and healthcare reporting.
