Nearly half of the surgical volume at St. Mary's Medical Center involves pediatric cases: level III NICU, pediatric ICU, and 24-hour childrens hospital; the facility houses the Paley Institute, a world-renowned medical center for complex bone, joint, and spine conditions. The orthopedic center has a team of elite surgeons who are known for its cutting-edge limb lengthening and deformity correction treatments. - Newly increased compensation, with an estimated total compensation of $616,667 annually
- $125,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation incentive
- 9 weeks of PTO, 10 weeks after 2 years
- Day shift position
- At-home overnight backup pager coverage with rotating weekend day shifts shared among 6 physicians
