About the Role
- Role will start out as 1 day a week, covering one facility and will eventually become full-time as additional facilities are added
- No evenings or weekends work requirements
- Scheduling flexibility that supports a great work/life balance: ability to set your scheduling preference, i.e. morning start time and rounding day (between Monday and Friday), round and go environment, 48-hours allowed for chart completion
- Autonomous work environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans for older adults in a long-term care setting
- Utilize your strong clinical skills to conduct assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based interventions

- Compensation is fee for service (FFS); expected compensation is estimated salary range of $16,120 to $19,344 with no cap on productivity income
- Once role becomes full-time (a minimum of 4 days a week) you will be eligible for a base salary, health benefits, 401k, paid time off, and more
- Paid professional liability insurance and tail coverage
Qualifications
- LPC, LMHC, or LMFT with a current license in the state of Georgia (we are unable to consider LCSWs for this role)
- 1 year experience as an LPC/LMHC/LMFT post program completion
- Must be able to practice and bill independently without the need for completing supervisory hours
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for working with older adult populations
