About The Role
- 2 days per week
- No evenings or weekends work requirements
- Scheduling flexibility that supports a great work/life balance: ability to set your scheduling preference, i.e. morning start time and rounding day (between Monday and Friday), round and go environment, 48 hours allowed for chart completion
- Autonomous work environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans for older adults in a long-term care setting
- Utilize your strong clinical skills to conduct assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based interventions
- Experience the gratification of helping patients improve their mental well-being and overall quality of life
- Professional growth: access ongoing training resources to enhance your skills and stay current in the field
- Compensation is fee for service (FFS); expected compensation is estimated salary range of $30,346 to $36,415 annually with no cap on productivity income
- Paid professional liability insurance and tail coverage
- LPC, LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT with a current license in the state of Alabama
- Must be able to practice and bill independently without the need for completing supervisory hours
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for working with older adult populations
