This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).

Role Overview

• Full-time within Monday – Friday
• No nights or weekends
• Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation
• Provide psychological assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
• Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings

Compensation and Benefits

• Estimated compensation range of $106,000 – $126,000 annually with no cap on productivity income
• Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)
• Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted New York license as a clinical psychologist
• PhD or PsyD required
• Eligible for independent practice and billing
• All experience levels as a clinical psychologist welcome to apply
• Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
