Role Overview
- Location: Farmington, New Mexico
- Flexible full-time 3.5-5 day/week schedule
- Post-acute care inpatient setting
- On-call during the day Monday through Friday
What You'll Do
- Deliver comprehensive primary care
- Manage acute and chronic conditions
- Develop personalized care plans
- Integrate and work closely with the IDT
- Partner and work collaboratively with TeamHealth physician
What we are looking for
- New or experienced clinicians
- FNP, CNP, AGNP, APRN, or PA
- Active New Mexico NP/PA license
- Active DEA preferred but not required
Compensation is fee for service (FFS); expected compensation is estimated salary range of $132,000 to $157,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential with full benefits.
