Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Gather, compile, manipulate, and perform analysis of data from the billing software in order to prepare data requests for Anesthesia clients, FMDs, RMDs, VPOs, and others as requested.
- Works with BasePointe Anesthesia Billing Center in development of reporting needs and analytical tools.
- Interacts with appropriate billing center departments, if needed, for timely delivery of requested data analysis.
- Assist Practice Director and VP, AN Practice Management in preparing monthly reports for clients and/or FMDs, RMDs, and VPOs.
- Assists in reviewing of month end reports and identifies disparities, issues, and additional reporting needs.
- Monitors escalated issues to ensure appropriate resolution.
- Performs other related duties and works on special projects as requested by senior management
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or related field, preferred;
- Three (3) plus years of analytical work in a healthcare setting;
- Ability to work with large amounts of data and compile concise summaries
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent computer skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT &Tableau)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
