Opportunity

teamDigital is a 25-person, fast-paced digital marketing agency serving some of the greatest client brands in the world, including Mastercard, NASCAR, Carnival Cruise Lines, and many more.

We seek a Sr. Art Director to help us create some of the most engaging digital, print, and video content in the marketing industry.


Our ideal candidate is comfortable working in a small creative agency environment. The right candidate is a motivated team player, enjoys contributing innovative ideas, is organized with strong attention to detail, works efficiently under tight deadlines, and possesses a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.


As Sr. Art Director, you will work within our Creative team in partnership with our Account, Project Management, Tech and Admin teams, to help execute next-level promotions and digital experiences. Our work spans marketing, events, retail, social media, web, mobile, AI, AR, eComm, voice, and print – no boundaries in a transforming attention ecosystem. 


This opportunity offers a flexible, hybrid remote/in-office work model. Plus, if you’re cool with unlimited snacks, some dogs in the office, and an in-house gym – we’ve got all that, too.


Job Responsibilities

  • Concept Development and Ideation: Contribute innovative, creative ideas and lead the development of creative concepts. Collaborate with other creatives and agency teams to execute ideas across various consumer touch points, ensuring on-brand, visual impact.
  • Digital and Print Design: Create and execute visually-compelling materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and delivering high-quality, on-target content across all platforms. Strong sense of typography and Photoshop skills are a must.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong ability to present creative work to both client and internal teams. The Sr. Art Director successfully articulates the rationale behind their creative choices, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Address any design challenges that arise during the creative process, finding creative solutions that meet the goals of the project while adhering to the timeline.


What You Need To Succeed/Requirements

  • Minimum 5-8 years of creative design experience, ideally in a digital marketing/creative agency environment
  • Solid understanding of web design and concepts like user flow, wireframes, leaderboards, registration/intake forms, and current social media standards
  • Proficient in all Adobe applications for digital and print execution, and Figma for web design
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS – what is possible and what is not
  • Strong portfolio of recent work
  • Team player, self-starter, innovation-inspired, and persistent troubleshooter comfortable working within an entrepreneurial-spirited, creative team culture
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn and work in a fast-paced environment, execute tasks effectively
  • Comfortable working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Time management skills and the ability to tackle challenges effectively


Nice To Haves

  • Video production experience in After Effects and/or Premiere Pro
