Pay: $24-$35/hour, based on experience and demonstrated skills
Job Description:
This will be for local commercial/industrial roofing repairs and re-roofs in the area, so you'll have the advantage of being able to work near home. We’re a growing company with a national presence, and are big on promoting from within.
Job Responsibilities:
The following are expectations of our employees in this position:
- Deliver a quality roof using standardized work
- Solve problems as they occur
- Keep work area in 5S standard
- Safely perform standardized work
- Continuously improve the process
- Be at the job every scheduled day.
- Work well with the crew/assist fellow roofers when possible
What we look for in new team members:
- 3 years experience in commercial and industrial roofing
- An understanding of commercial roofing including architectural sheet metal, EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, and modified applications, willing to train
- Effective roof system evaluation, leak diagnostic skills, and problem-solving skills a must
- Ability to communicate verbally and written
- Valid Driver’s License is a must
- Centerpoint knowledge is a plus
Compensation:
A qualified candidate will be offered a competitive hourly rate ($24-$35/hour, based on experience and demonstrated skills), along with the benefits listed below:
