We are seeking compassionate, dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to deliver high-quality, personalized care to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in Bergen County and surrounding areas. Your role will be pivotal in enabling the individuals you care for to participate in community activities and thrive in their social environments.

Our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) empower individuals to:

In addition, Direct Support Professional (DSP) positions may involve providing assistance with Personal hygiene, Medication administration, Daily household chores, Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).

Individuals with experience as Home Health Aids (HHAs), Certified Nurses Aids (CNAs), Paraprofessionals, Companions, Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs), or ABA therapists are highly suited for this position!

Qualifications
- Caregiving experience
- Proficiency in assisting with ADLs
- Familiarity with direct support for individuals in home health settings
- Ability to provide patient care with compassion and empathy
- Knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities
