PT Administrative Assistant schedule is: 9am-5pm Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. AND 8am-noon the First Saturday of the month.

The Challenge, In a Nutshell

• At the front desk, get clients connected and started with services by scheduling appointments
• Answer the phones and check clients in/out demonstrating friendliness, respect and compassion
• Assist in verification of insurance and processing referrals
• Communicate, communicate, communicate with team members!
• Use amazing interpersonal and organizational skills to complete clerical tasks and answer multi-line phone
  
  

What You Need To Be SUCCESSFUL In The CHALLENGE

• Passion for patient care and a desire to make positive change in someone's life
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Word and ability to learn and efficiently utilize other computer applications including EMR
• Medical office and scheduling software experience is preferred
• Must have Act 33, Act 34 and FBI clearances
