This is a full-time, on-site position for a Client Care Representative located in South San Francisco, CA. The Client Care Representative will manage daily interactions with customers, providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling customer communications, tracking shipments, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with other internal departments to address customer needs and issues promptly and professionally.
- Proficiency in areas such as Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support to effectively address and handle inquiries.
