Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Property Manager located in Fort Worth, TX. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of commercial properties, including maintaining positive tenant relations, coordinating property maintenance and repairs, and ensuring properties meet safety and regulatory requirements. Additional responsibilities include preparing budgets, managing financial performance, negotiating leases, and collaborating with vendors and contractors to ensure optimal facility management.
Qualifications
- Proven property management expertise, including tenant relations and lease negotiation
- Budgeting, financial reporting, and operational management capabilities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate property maintenance and manage vendor relationships effectively
- Proficiency in real estate software and property management tools
- Knowledge of local property regulations and safety requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not required
