As a Showing Specialist, you will partner with agents and potential buyers by leading home tours, providing exceptional client service, and facilitating smooth transaction workflows. This hands-on experience will equip you with the knowledge and confidence essential for thriving in the real estate field.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include:

• Touring homes with buyers
• Assisting with client communication and follow-up
• Managing information through CRM systems and team tools
• Sharing buyer feedback with the team
• Creating a smooth, honest, and positive client experience

Qualifications

• Active or Pursuing New Hampshire Real Estate License
  You must have an active NH and MA real estate license, or be currently working toward getting licensed.
