- Build meaningful relationships with customers and identify their vehicle needs
- Showcase Toyota vehicles through engaging presentations and test drives
- Explain features, technology, warranties, and financing options with confidence
- Negotiate and close sales professionally and ethically
- Collaborate with finance and service teams to ensure a seamless purchase experience
- Follow up after delivery to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals
