Team Toyota is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who can bring ideas to life visually, move quickly in a fast-paced retail environment, and create polished, brand-consistent designs across digital, print, social, video, email, and in-store marketing.
The Graphic Designer will help support the marketing needs of Team Toyota’s dealerships by developing creative assets that drive traffic, promote sales and service offers, support events, and strengthen the Team Toyota brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Design digital and print marketing materials, including social media graphics, email headers, website banners, display ads, flyers, posters, event signage, showroom materials, and promotional graphics.
- Create visually engaging advertising assets for sales events, service campaigns, used car promotions, seasonal offers, dealership events, and community initiatives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all Team Toyota marketing channels while bringing fresh creative ideas to each campaign.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for monthly campaigns, dealership events, and manufacturer-supported promotions.
- Prepare production-ready files for print, digital advertising, email, social media, and website use.
- Assist with photo editing, image retouching, layout design, and basic motion or video graphics when needed.
- Collaborate with internal departments including sales, service, parts, recruiting, and customer experience to support their marketing needs.
- Manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines in a fast-moving dealership environment.
- Stay current on design trends, automotive advertising, social media creative, and digital marketing best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work across digital and/or print platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience designing for social media, email marketing, websites, digital ads, and printed materials.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, branding, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially with pricing, disclaimers, vehicle imagery, and brand guidelines.
- Comfortable taking direction, receiving feedback, and revising creative as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Automotive, retail, agency, or dealership marketing experience is a plus.
- Basic video editing, animation, photography experience is a plus.
