We are seeking a Data Integration Developer. Job Summary: Responsible for the development and maintenance of all the processes supporting the acquisition of data. Responsible for the design and architecture of new Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) processes and adherence to standards developed by the data team for all integration processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage system integrations within the architecture of the HR/finance system and middleware Provide support for workday inbound and outbound integration issues, changes to existing integrations, and new integrations Provide support for incident management and integration monitoring Perform break/fix support and regression testing and support the inbound/outbound interfaces to the system and middleware to ensure the application meets the needs of the business Participate in project collaboration meeting with clients, business analysts, and team members in order to analyze and clarify business requirements Consult with business and technical teams about interface design and maintenance Collaborate with other architects and technical leads on design decisions to define and design scope for each project Analyze and translate functional specifications and change requests into technical specifications Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and applications through analysis, coding, clear documentation, and problem resolution Ensure integrations function as designed based on functional and technical requirements Design and develop interfaces and conduct unit and integration tests Understand and follow data governance, defined integration/development standards and best practices, security and data privacy standards, and internal change management best practices Build sustainable Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) processes, leveraging platforms such as SSIS Create, maintain, and optimize ETL processes, scripts, stored procedures, functions, and database structures to adapt to changes in needs and requirements Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines, and repeatable processes Support and enhance existing ETL environment and develop new, complex ETL processes to support additional design, development, and deployment of the enterprise data warehouse, and data marts Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software or Electronics Engineering, or related technical discipline 8 years of experience in designing and implementing ETL processes and using ETL tools, including: 8 years of experience with MS SQL (Cloud or OnPrem Based) 8 years of experience with SSIS or other data pipeline tool 5 years of experience with Source Control solutions, such as TFS, AzureDevOps, GitHub, GitLab 5 years of experience using data analytic and reporting tools, such as SSRS, ESSBase, Hyperion Reporting service Demonstrated proficiency with data warehouse modeling *This role is onsite at least 3 days/week in our Chicago office (Fulton Market District) Salary: $160,055/year *A generous benefits package that includes paid time off, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) savings plan with match The Aspen Group (TAG) is one of the largest and most trusted retail healthcare business support organizations in the U.S. and has supported over 16,000 healthcare professionals and team members at more than 1,200 health and wellness offices across 46 states in four distinct categories: Dental care, urgent care, medical aesthetics, and animal health.
