We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in diesel engine repair and a strong mechanical knowledge base. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines and related equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Requirements of the Diesel Mechanic:
- Experience performing fleet maintenance on semi-trucks and trailers
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle operating systems and onboard computers
- Skilled in repairs ranging from preventive maintenance to full component replacements
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing A/C, electrical systems, DEF systems, and air brakes
- Knowledge of all aspects of semi-tractor/trailer repairs
- Must be reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities of the Diesel Mechanic:

- Ensure all safety procedures and company standards are followed
