What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter - Entry-Level position at Team Select Home Care?
Team Select Home Care is looking for a Recruiter to join our Team Select family. The Recruiter will source and recruit high qualified LPNs and RNs for a career in Home Health.
This role will also work directly with our families and our nurses to ensure complete staffing. Along with admin tasks such as pre-hire documents, onboarding, and payroll
Responsibilities:
- Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing strategies
- Screen and interview qualified candidates
- Maintain relationship with nurses throughout their employment
- Perform to hit KPIs (weekly and monthly)
- Expect to have high call volume of 75 calls per day
- Innovative approach to recruiting and sourcing
