Medically complex toddler requires one-to-one nursing care at home from a highly skilled, reliable and compassionate nurse. Please apply online or call our office a 617-648-9800.

Skilled nursing care includes:

Tracheostomy care, care r/t mechanical ventilation, pulmonary toileting, enteral care/nutrition, medication management, full-assist with transfers/ambulation, assist with ADL's.

Open Shifts needed:

• Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm (nurse does not need to do all 5 days)

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our compassionate team at Team Select Home Care in Massachusetts. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the well-being of our patients through individualized care, making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes and in the community.
• Administer medications and all other treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
• Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on health management and care procedures.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in critical care, hospital medicine or emergency medicine.
• Experience in home care or inpatient pediatric nursing is preferred, but not required
• Strong knowledge of patient care standards and nursing practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to perform basic life support and advanced nursing skills (e.g., IV insertion, medication administration).
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for accurate medical documentation.
• Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on individual needs.
