Team Select Home Care is seeking outgoing, ambitious & nurturing pediatric nurses RNs (Registered Nurse) and LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurse) for our clients located in Chester, Montgomery, Delaware, and Lancaster Counties.

POSITION TYPES: Full-time, Part-time, Day shift, Overnights, Weekends
SHIFTS: Flexible scheduling, 12-hour, 10-hour and 8-hour shifts.
COMPENSATION:
RNS $35-40/hr for RN's (Registered Nurse).
LPNs $29-35/hr for LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in home and community settings, ensuring adherence to care plans.
- Perform essential nursing tasks while monitoring patient health and progress.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to deliver effective health coaching and support.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a nurturing environment for children.
