Team ROVI is one of New England's perennial top-producing teams and a chosen Zillow Preferred Partner, serving buyers and sellers across Central Mass at the highest level. We've just been cleared for another 100 connections a month, and we're adding 5 agents right now.
How it works
Every month, Zillow sends you a text with two questions: how many leads do you want, and which ZIP codes do you want them in? You reply. As long as you're working what you're given, you control your own lead flow — in Worcester and the towns around it that you know best. Most agents never get to choose. Ours do.
And here's the part we're serious about: we don't care how much business you do. Work the leads you get, and work them well — that's it. If you want to go all-in and build a monster year, we'll back you. If six to twelve solid deals a year is your lane, that's completely fine too. You set the pace; we bring the leads.
What you bring
- Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate

What you'll need

This role is 1099 independent-contractor and commission-based — your own business, with our pipeline behind it.
