Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Provide excellent health care for our patients. Patients should achieve good outcomes and be happy with their experience of occupational therapy.
- Help them recover from injury, manage pain, and restore mobility. Understand their current medical and emotional situations..
- Educate patients on treatment options, home exercises, and strategies to prevent re-injury.
- Supervise and guide Techs during patient care setup and cleanup.
- Use evidence-based pain management techniques to improve function.
- Provide patients with strategies for long-term success.
- Document progress notes accurately and on time.
- Achieve a reasonable level of productivity. This depends on the number of referrals and the type of patient presenting.
- Participate in clinic research projects and protocol development.
- Stay current on best practices through in-house CEUs and continuing education.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain).

- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
