Responsibilities
eam Rehabilitation – Broad Ripple is currently hiring full time professional and driven Certified Athletic Trainers to provide exceptional care for contracted school student-athletes and community outreach coverage. Primary responsibilities include:
- Providing onsite athletic training services at practices, games, and scrimmages.
- Recognizing, evaluating, and managing injuries, including emergency care.
- Developing and implementing rehabilitation and injury prevention programs.
- Maintaining strong relationships for Team Rehabilitation to ensure excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Assisting with clinical protocols and participating in company-supported research studies.
- Engaging in continuous professional development through company events and continuing education allowances.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a CAATE-accredited Athletic Training program, possess BOC certification, and be licensed as an Athletic Trainer. Additionally, candidates must be CPR certified and demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively manage athlete triage and build relationships with parents, coaches, and school personnel. Candidates must also be committed to Team Rehabilitation’s initiative of making Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion a priority, fostering a sense of belonging and empowerment within a diverse workforce.Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
