Our clinics receive the highest levels of patient satisfaction and our patients receive the best objectively measurable outcomes. Our strategy, based on excellent quality and patient satisfaction, is gaining momentum. Since opening our first clinic in 2001, we have grown across Michigan and into Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia. We continue to open additional clinics in order to make physical, occupational and speech therapy even more accessible to our patients, their friends and their families.

Key Responsibilities
Their responsibilities as mentors fall into two main groups. First, helping clinic directors improve their operations. Secondly, helping the clinic directors with planning and strategy.
Clinic directors do not work for the mentor. Meetings between the Mentor and CD should be regarded as meetings between the minority owner of the business (CD) and the proxy for the majority owner (Mentor). The Mentor is the senior partner, but they are partners. Mentors may not order a CD to do anything. They are permitted to veto a hire.
Mentor and CD must agree on the clinic directors’ objectives and bonus each year. Mentors review CD performance annually and determine their bonuses and raises.
Mentoring may take place in any state Team Rehab has clinics in and may require travel outside of the mentors home state.
