Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Odessa, TX, for a Mechanic. The Mechanic will be responsible for performing maintenance, preventive maintenance, and various repair tasks on heavy equipment and hydraulic systems. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical issues, inspecting and diagnosing equipment malfunctions, and ensuring all machinery operates efficiently and safely. The role involves hands-on technical work and collaborating with the team to meet project goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair
- Experience with Heavy Equipment and hydraulic systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues effectively
- Knowledge of tools, methods, and practices used in mechanical servicing and repair
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in various conditions
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
