In this highly visible remote role, you'll drive end-to-end delivery of web product launches, integrated marketing campaigns, and digital experiences across flagship web properties including Surface, Windows, and Copilot. You'll partner with cross-functional teams spanning marketing, engineering, design, content, and operations to ensure launch readiness, quality assurance, accessibility, and seamless execution in a fast-paced Agile environment. Top Required Skills (Must Haves):
- Technical Web Program & Project Management (8–10 years) – Lead end-to-end execution of web launches, build project plans and workback schedules, manage dependencies, risks, milestones, and launch readiness across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management (8–10 years) – Partner with marketing, engineering, design, content, vendors, and leadership to drive alignment, communicate status, resolve blockers, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Web Operations & Integrated Marketing Experience (8–10 years) – Support large-scale marketing campaigns, web production, CMS workflows, accessibility reviews, QA, governance, and release management across high-traffic websites.

How you will make an impact:
- Lead end-to-end project management for web product launches, integrated marketing campaigns, and digital initiatives.
- Develop and manage project schedules, workback plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and launch readiness activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, engineering, design, content, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate launch governance activities including QA validation, go/no-go meetings, issue tracking, and release management.
- Drive operational excellence through standardized templates, SLAs, intake processes, and launch playbooks.
- Ensure projects meet quality, accessibility, privacy, compliance, and governance requirements.
- Monitor project health, communicate status updates, identify risks early, and proactively resolve issues.
- Support continuous process improvements across web operations and marketing execution.
The expertise you bring:
- 8–10 years of technical program or project management experience leading complex web initiatives from planning through delivery.
- 8–10 years managing cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, engineering, design, and business organizations.
- 8–10 years supporting web operations, integrated marketing campaigns, or digital production environments.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Strong knowledge of web production processes, CMS platforms, accessibility standards, and QA workflows.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, ClickUp, project tracking tools, and intake/ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing competing priorities.
- Microsoft experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
