Team Red Dog is partnering with a design-forward technology client to hire a Product Designer 3 to support Microsoft Purview UX initiatives. This fully remote contract role focuses on enterprise UX design across data security, governance, compliance, privacy, and emerging AI- and agent-driven experiences within a global cloud and security platform. Designers in this role collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering to deliver trusted, scalable, and human-centered solutions used by enterprises worldwide.Top Required Skills (Must Haves):Advanced Figma expertise, including design libraries, shared components, and high-fidelity prototyping used to deliver enterprise-grade UX solutions.Strong systems thinking applied across complex product ecosystems to design cohesive, scalable experiences for security and compliance scenarios.Product design experience for enterprise or security-focused platforms, with the ability to collaborate deeply with Product Management and Engineering partners.Experience or demonstrated familiarity with AI-driven design tools, agent workflows, or emerging AI UX paradigms.Opportunity Overview:This role offers the opportunity to design impactful, human-centered experiences for Microsoft Purview, a rapidly evolving platform at the intersection of data security, compliance, governance, and privacy. You will help shape administrative and AI-powered workflows that enable enterprises to manage and protect their most critical data. Working within a multidisciplinary UX team, you'll influence products at global scale while contributing to a mission that prioritizes trust, accessibility, and clarity in complex environments.How you will make an impact:• Own end-to-end product design for assigned Purview experiences, from concept through delivery• Translate user insights, business needs, and technical constraints into intuitive design solutions• Prototype rapidly and iteratively to validate concepts and gather feedback from partners and users• Collaborate closely with Engineering during implementation to ensure high-quality, detailed designs• Create wireframes, journey maps, task flows, and interaction models at varying levels of fidelity• Apply and contribute to established design systems to maintain consistency and scalability• Communicate design intent clearly to cross-functional stakeholders throughout the product lifecycleThe expertise you bring:• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent practical experience• 3 years of experience working in product or service design• Experience shipping products through an end-to-end design process• Proficiency in interaction design, information architecture, and usability best practices• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, fast-paced enterprise environmentsWhat makes a candidate highly successful in this role:Successful candidates bring strong product thinking, advanced systems-design skills, and a portfolio that demonstrates ownership of complex enterprise experiences.
