Team Red Dog is seeking a skilled Power BI & SAP IBP Analytics Specialist to support our leading cloud and software provider client. This fully remote contract role offers the opportunity to work on high-visibility planning, analytics, and AI-driven initiatives while partnering closely with global stakeholders across PST or CST time zones.Top Required Skills (Must Haves):Power BI Development: Build, debug, optimize, and maintain reports and dashboards used for enterprise planning insights.SAP IBP Story & Analytics Experience: Create and support SAP IBP dashboards, perform story analytics, and interpret output to drive planning decisions.End-to-End Planning Expertise: Apply strong planning process knowledge to analyze models, troubleshoot issues, and support business operations.AI Agent Collaboration: Work with engineering and developer partners on emerging AI-driven planning and automation workflows.Opportunity Overview:Join a forward-thinking planning and analytics team driving next-generation AI-enabled forecasting and reporting at one of the world's most influential cloud enterprises. This role provides exposure to modern planning tools, Microsoft AI agent initiatives, and SAP IBP analytics work that is highly valuable and in strong demand industry-wide.How you will make an impact:• Build, debug, and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytics reports• Document processes, create workflow diagrams, and prepare polished PowerPoint materials• Develop and support SAP IBP dashboards and story analytics• Analyze simple Excel models and replicate functionality for ad hoc needs• Collaborate with developers and engineering teams on Agent AI projects• Support planning workflows and ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of analyticsThe expertise you bring:• 5–7 years of analytics, reporting, planning, or business operations experience• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (PMI/PMP a plus but not required)• Strong Power BI development and troubleshooting experience• SAP IBP analytics and dashboarding experience• Knowledge of end-to-end planning processes• Ability to work effectively with distributed teams in PST or CST hours• Strong documentation, communication, and Excel skillsWhat makes a candidate highly successful in this role:A highly successful candidate brings strong analytical problem-solving skills, demonstrates proactive communication with stakeholders, and shows the ability to translate planning requirements into accurate dashboards and analytics tools.
