Data Analyst (Level 3) - Fully Remote

Team Red Dog is looking for an experienced Data Analyst (Level 3) to join our data and analytics innovator client. This fully remote role is ideal for a highly technical and analytical professional who thrives at the intersection of data visualization and supply chain operations. You'll leverage your advanced Power BI, DAX, and SQL skills to transform supply chain data into actionable insights, enabling strategic decision-making across a global organization.Top Required Skills (Must Haves):Power BI Expertise – Develop and maintain advanced dashboards with data modeling and DAX to visualize KPIs and automate refreshes.Supply Chain Data Analysis – Analyze forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and service levels; identify patterns and root causes of supply disruptions.SQL and Database Knowledge – Utilize SQL or other data tools for data extraction, transformation, and validation.Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with leadership and technical teams to translate insights into action and drive measurable impact.Opportunity Overview:This 12-month assignment offers a hands-on opportunity to directly shape supply chain strategy through high-visibility data initiatives. You'll build advanced analytics dashboards, streamline planning processes, and contribute to global operational efficiency—all from a fully remote environment that values autonomy and results.How you will make an impact:• Design, implement, and maintain large-scale enterprise data ETL processes.• Develop and automate Power BI dashboards for real-time supply chain monitoring.• Analyze KPIs to improve forecast accuracy and inventory performance.• Collaborate with senior management to identify data requirements and develop execution plans.• Prepare summaries and presentations for leadership that translate insights into action.• Coordinate cross-functional execution of approved initiatives and track outcomes.The expertise you bring:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.• 5–7 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a global or multi-site supply chain environment.• Expert proficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, automation).• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities (pivot tables, formulas; VBA a plus).• Experience with SQL or other data tools for ETL and data validation.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across remote teams.• Preferred: Experience with ERP or supply chain planning systems (SAP IBP, Oracle, Kinaxis) and knowledge of Python or R.What makes a candidate highly successful in this role:You'll succeed by combining strong technical mastery in Power BI and SQL with operational understanding of supply chain processes.
