What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Showing Assistant and Odd Jobs position at TEAM Properties, LLC?
Overview
We are a small real estate company and are looking for people to help us show apartments and periodically check on the buildings. This is completely per diem at $20.00 per hour and is sporadic. The job would entail arriving at the community 15 minutes before the showing, making sure you have the correct keys to access the apartment, go into the apartment before the showing and turn the lights on and make sure things look and smell clean. Show all prospective tenants the apartment as well as any common areas, laundry room, storage, etc. and then report back to us with feedback whether the potential candidate showed interest and whether they would be a good fit for the community. There is also an opportunity to help us periodically meet insurance and mortgage companies, inspectors and other various odd tasks that come about. This is perfect for someone retired or someone who lives locally that has flexibility with their time schedule because some showings require weekends or evenings.
