What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Property Manager/Property Manager position at TEAM Properties, LLC?
## Overview
We are a small team of 5-6 people who mostly work remotely but we have small office in Bristol, CT. We have a flexible schedule. You can work from home sometimes but be willing to come to our office and possibly travel to some of our buildings across Connecticut and Western Massachusetts occasionally if needed. Must be organized with fine details and thorough in following up to make sure tenants sign their lease renewals and upload the renewals onto Appfolio and snow plow contracts, insurance contracts, etc are all up to date, signed by all parties and uploaded to our portal. Assist with Organizing our tasks and calendar.
## Duties
- Assist the Property Manager in overseeing property maintenance, repairs, and renovations but mostly keeping the contracts and calendar organized.
- Backup availability for property tours for potential tenants and assist with the leasing process
- Maintain accurate records of property-related activities, leases, and contracts
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff to ensure property needs are met
## Experience
- Previous experience in facilities management or property management is preferred but not mandatory. We will happily train you
- Will train on use of Appfolio
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
