Role Description
This full-time, on-site Administrative Project Support role is based in Oakland, CA. The candidate will assist in managing project schedules, maintaining records and documentation, coordinating with vendors, preparing reports, and supporting the project management team with administrative tasks. Additional responsibilities include organizing meetings, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring effective project timelines and workflows are followed.
Qualifications
- Administrative experience, including managing schedules, organizing records, and handling documentation
- Strong communication and coordination skills for collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management support, such as tracking timelines and preparing reports
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with standard office software and tools
- Prior experience in real estate development or construction is a plus
- Familiarity with California real estate regulations such as State Density Bonus is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree or related educational background preferred but not mandatory
