Inside Sales Agent (ISA) – Warm Leads Only, No Cold Calling
A growing real estate team serving Metro Detroit and Metro Houston is hiring an Inside Sales Agent to work from our Southfield office. This is not a cold calling job. Every person you talk to has already reached out to us. Your job is to answer, connect, and get them on the calendar with one of our agents.

What you'll do
- Respond quickly to incoming calls, texts, and online inquiries from people who have already contacted the team
- Build rapport, ask the right questions, and understand what each person is looking for
- Set appointments on our agents' calendars across all of our markets
- Follow up with anyone who hasn't booked yet until they are scheduled or opt out
- Keep every conversation and detail updated accurately in our CRM (Follow Up Boss)
- Hit clear response-time and appointment goals with the support of proven scripts and systems
What we're looking for
- A warm, confident communicator who is comfortable on the phone
- Experience in customer service or a real estate environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable with follow-through
- Coachable and motivated to grow, with the hours to match your results
- Able to work in person from our Southfield office
- A real estate license is not required
We are open to a sharp entry-level candidate, but you have to be exceptional.
Compensation and schedule
- $15.00 per hour base, plus commission
- You earn a commission on each appointment you set that is kept, and a separate commission when a client closes
- Part-time to start during training, with hours increasing as your skills and results grow
- Warm inbound leads only, never any cold calling
- Established scripts, systems, CRM, and hands-on training so you are set up to win
