• Engage with prospective clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
• Show properties to potential buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of real estate documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective marketing strategies for property listings.
• Stay informed about local market trends to provide clients with up-to-date information and advice.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and repeat business.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge base.

• Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one).
• Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to engage with clients and team members.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, staying current with market trends.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to shared goals and success.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for communication and document management is a plus.
