• Collaborate with team members to develop effective marketing strategies for property listings.
• Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure favorable terms for clients while maintaining professional integrity.
• Stay informed about local market trends and property values to offer clients accurate insights.
• Utilize company-provided tools and resources to manage client relationships and track sales activities.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your skills and stay updated on industry best practices.

• Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals.
• Familiarity with the Houston-Baytown-Sugar Land real estate market is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for managing client relationships and sales activities.
