Team Pediatric Therapy is growing, and we are looking for a passionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team!

We are currently hiring for:

Position Option

Hybrid SLP – Millenia Clinic Natural Environment Millenia

  • Millenia clinic
  • Daycares schools in the Millenia neighborhood

This position is available as:

  • 1099 Contractor
  • OR Full-Time W2 with PTO, benefits, and HRA reimbursement

We are looking for SLPs who are excited to support children and families while helping grow programs and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation Options

1099 Contractor

  • $50–55/hour
  • Flexible structure
  • Ideal for therapists seeking contractor flexibility and tax write-off opportunities

Full-Time W2 with Benefits

  • $37–45/hour
  • Compensation based on experience, supervision responsibilities, and overall fit

Caseload Support

We provide strong scheduling and referral support with the goal of maintaining approximately:

  • 30–40 treatment hours per week

Estimated Annual Earnings

Based on a 35–37 hour/week caseload, expected annual earnings are approximately:

  • $61,880 – $86,580 annually (W2)
  • $91,000 – $100,100 annually (1099)

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Pediatric experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required
  • Medicaid credentialing preferred, but not required
