Responsibilities

Qualifications

What we ask in return:

• Active Kentucky real estate license and knowledge of the Louisville market
• 10 hours of lead generation each week — non-negotiable, because it's what makes everything else work
• Full participation in script practice, trainings, 1:1 coaching, and the Partner Call
• Tasks and activities tracked consistently in PLACE Technology
• Organized, fast-moving, and people-focused — you build trust quickly and make clients feel genuinely cared for
• You take ownership without being told twice, and you're hungry to learn how a top-producing business actually runs
