POSITION OVERVIEW
Team One Network is seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Manager to represent our Public Safety Division across the Maryland and Delaware territory. This individual will serve as the primary field representative for our manufacturer partners — SoundOff Signal, Troy Products, and 911 Circuits — building and maintaining strong relationships with our distribution network and end-user customers in the police, fire, public works, and transportation markets.

Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week
Holidays: All Federal Holidays observed
Vacation: 10 business days per year
MANUFACTURER PARTNERS
This position represents the following manufacturers on behalf of Team One Network:
· SoundOff Signal
· Troy Products
· 911 Circuits
RESPONSIBILITIES
Distribution Network
· Provide distributors with all sales, pricing, and marketing materials for each manufacturer.
· Deliver product training to distributor partners to improve sales of our product lines.
· Travel with distributors on all necessary sales calls.
· Provide territory- and manufacturer-specific leads to distributor partners.
· Visit or contact each distributor at a minimum once per month.
Customer Network
· Conduct product demonstrations for end-users in the police, fire, public works, and transportation markets.
· Log all sales calls into Badger Maps and Salesforce on a weekly basis.
· Attend trade shows and conferences within the assigned territory.
· Plan and schedule customer visits a minimum of two weeks in advance.
Manufacturer Relations
· Provide manufacturers with regular competitor feedback, including areas where competitors outperform our product lines.
· Share product feedback with manufacturers, including pros, cons, field issues, and improvement suggestions.
· Attend all required factory training opportunities as directed.
Demo Vehicle Standards
· Vehicle must be thoroughly cleaned inside and out prior to all customer and distributor visits.
· Vehicle must be kept current on all required maintenance and service work.
· Vehicle interior must remain free of trash and clutter at all times.
· Vehicle must be properly organized and presentable as a professional representation of Team One Network.
