Radiologist - California weekend coverage

The Radiologist will provide comprehensive diagnostic imaging interpretation and clinical collaboration during the scheduled coverage period. This role requires strong clinical judgment, efficiency, and the ability to support emergency and inpatient imaging needs.

Responsibilities

• Interpret diagnostic imaging studies accurately and efficiently

• Communicate critical findings promptly to referring providers

• Support emergency department and inpatient imaging needs

• Maintain high standards of documentation and compliance

• Collaborate with technologists and clinical staff to ensure smooth workflow

Required Clinical Experience

Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in:

• CT

• MRI

• Ultrasound

• X-ray

• Fluoroscopy

• Nuclear Medicine (preferred)

• Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution

• Completion of accredited Radiology residency

• Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology

• Active, unrestricted medical license (or eligible)

• Clean malpractice history with no emergency credentialing restrictions

• No significant malpractice issues within the past 7 years
