What You'll Do

As an Order Selector, you will pick and prepare customer orders from assigned sections of our warehouse. Using scanning technology and warehouse equipment, you’ll ensure that products are accurately selected and ready for shipment. Your role may include working in different departments from time to time, including ambient, refrigerated, and freezer areas, as well as cross-training in various functions to expand your skill set.

Status: Full-Time
Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 2^nd shift
Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (overtime as needed). Because we’re a customer order-driven operation, end times aren’t fixed - we work until the day’s orders are done.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Pay: $15/hr 
• Performance Pay: Order Selectors may earn more based on pick rate (efficiency accuracy), with no cap on earnings.
• Perfect Attendance Incentive: $50 bi-weekly attendance bonus.

Work Environment

Work takes place in our warehouse facility with concrete floors and temperature conditions that vary slightly by season, with ambient areas that can be cooler in the winter and warmer in the summer.
