What You'll Do

As an Order Selector, you will pick and prepare customer orders from assigned sections of our warehouse. Using scanning technology and warehouse equipment, you’ll ensure that products are accurately selected and ready for shipment. Your role may include working in different departments from time to time, including ambient, refrigerated, and freezer areas, as well as cross-training in various functions to expand your skill set.

Status: Full-Time
Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 2^nd shift
Hours: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM (overtime as needed). Because we’re a customer order-driven operation, end times aren’t fixed - we work until the day’s orders are done.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting Pay: $15/hr guaranteed for your first 8 weeks.
• Performance Pay: After 8 weeks, pay is based on your pick rate, with a guaranteed minimum of $14/hour and no cap on what you can earn. If you perform above the $15/hour level before the 8-week mark, you'll be paid accordingly – we believe in rewarding performance as it happens!
• Perfect Attendance Incentive: Eligible team members will earn 5-10% more on their pick rate by maintaining perfect attendance during a lookback period.

Work Environment

Work takes place in our warehouse facility with concrete floors and temperature conditions that vary slightly by season, with ambient areas that can be cooler in the winter and warmer in the summer.
