Role Description
The Operations Manager will oversee and streamline day-to-day functions to ensure the efficient delivery of medical transportation services. Responsibilities include coordinating dispatch operations, managing team schedules, maintaining compliance with healthcare and safety regulations, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to optimize operations. Additionally, the Operations Manager will engage with healthcare partners, foster team development, and focus on maintaining a culture of excellence. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Murfeesboro, TN.
