Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Ambulance Driver position based in Memphis, TN. The Ambulance Driver will be responsible for safely operating ambulances to transport patients to and from medical facilities and other locations. Daily responsibilities include ensuring the safety and comfort of patients during transport, assisting medical personnel when needed, and maintaining vehicle functionality and cleanliness. Exemplary customer service and communication are essential, as drivers serve as ambassadors of care for patients, families, and partner organizations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Defensive Driving and safe operation of ambulances
• Experience with Emergency Services and medical transport protocols
• Strong skills in Communication and collaboration with patients, medical staff, and team members
• Customer Service abilities to ensure a compassionate and supportive patient experience
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Knowledge of local roads and navigation skills
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus
• Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and maintaining safety standards
