Janitorial Team Leader
Team MJV is a Building Service Contractor throughout Indiana and Michigan. Our coaches guide, encourage and teach each team member to effectively execute the scope of work for each customer partner. We pride our Team on being professional, pleasant and knowledgeable.
A shift Team Leader will oversee the cleanliness of a job site(s) while providing and maintaining a clean and safe environment in accordance to Team MJV guidelines and the current OSHA standards and regulations. This position is responsible for, but not limited to performing all general cleaning duties, managing daily activities, developing team members, and leading the job site team by both Team MJV and customer policies and procedures. It also includes proper use and maintenance of equipment, products, and supplies.
- Mid-shift (12p-8p), Monday-Friday - can be adjusted slightly to fit your schedule!
- Previous leadership experience, reliable transportation, and good communication skills are a plus.
