- Run electrical crews on residential & light commercial jobs
- Oversee installations, service work, and job quality
- Train and mentor junior electricians
- Communicate with office and customers professionally
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and profitably
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years electrical experience (NJ experience preferred)
- Proven ability to lead a crew
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Clean driving record
- Professional, reliable, and motivated
